Recipe tin eats... really handy videos, everything turns out well and no unusual ingredients Grin

gwilt · 24/05/2020 11:49

Glowcat · 24/05/2020 11:58

BBC good food. You need to read the comments on the recipe too.

OhioOhioOhio · 24/05/2020 13:05

Thank you. This is a helpful start. Felt a bit jaded and want my cooking mojo back.

I use BBC also plus an Aussie one called Taste.com.au

Grumpylockeddownwoman · 24/05/2020 13:08

Not sure how much goes into the website but I find Sainsbury’s magazine amazing for quick and easy meals that taste great.

jcurve · 24/05/2020 13:10

@Cordial11 100% agree on Recipetin Eats. I’ve never had a bad recipe and her recipes are overwhelmingly “normal” family food.

Redwren · 24/05/2020 13:16

I like the tasty app and bbc good food. If I type something into google, eg beef and ale pie bbc good food will have a recipe 9/10 times which I look at first and then I might look at another site but nearly always go back to bbc good food

Sexnotgender · 24/05/2020 13:19

I love Cookie and Kate, it’s vegetarian.

StrictlyAFemaleFemale · 24/05/2020 13:23

How old are dc? Mylovelylittlelunchbox is good for really little ones.
Otherwise bbc good food or nosh for busy mums and dads is good every day food.

OhioOhioOhio · 24/05/2020 13:37

All dc under 7. I'm the only adult so I end up eating double or it wastes if it's 'fancy'.

Follow annasfamilykitchen on Instagram. She does really good family friendly meals that are nice for adults. It has got my DCs eating a much wider range of food.

I like the slimmingeats website. Healthy recipes that taste delicious without a whole heap of difficult to source ingredients

exiledfromcornwall · 24/05/2020 14:01

I use several different ones, but one I recently discovered via Twitter (@FabFood4All) is a food blogger with a website fabfood4all.co.uk - there is a wide range of recipes on there, from interesting and exotic ones to more family-friendly recipes. There is a search field at the top and a drop-down menu of categories at the side.

Pomegranatemolasses · 24/05/2020 14:04

Smitten Kitchen has some lovely recipes.

PasswordPatroller · 24/05/2020 14:04

Annabel Karmel does recipes by age too. I've never used her recipes but out of the kids ready meals, her's were by far the best. I struggle to get my DD (4) to eat adult meat dishes (except steak and lamb cubes). But she loves the AK (aka little girl's) chicken curries. It's a shame they only do the one now type now.

Tunnocksmallow · 24/05/2020 14:14

Agree with BBC good food and the Tasty app

OhioOhioOhio · 14/06/2020 12:57

These have been so helpful. Thank you.

I do all my food shopping on the asda app, and they have a recipe section which allows you to add all the ingredients straight to basket. I've done a few good recipes from that.
