Can I ask you for simple food/meal ideas

I know its is not in the correct section but if anyone can suggest easy lunch / dinners ideas to make , it would be appreciated. I feel I constantly make the same dishes and need some inspiration. I am not great at cooking but will give it a go!
We have roast dinners , spaghetti bolognese, cottage pie , chicken curry & rice , chicken & steak fajitas, beef stew with mash, lasagne.
Or if anyone knows of a simple cook book with these type of meals , nothing fussy that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Home made egg fried rice .
Fry ham , peas , sweet corn , spring onions with garlic , ginger and lemongrass . Add cooled boiled rice or packet rice if you are in a real rush .
When it is nearly ready crack in eggs and stir . Season with soy sauce .

Traybakes with enough inventiveness cover such a wide range and are so easy. I absolutely swear by this - www.amazon.co.uk/Quick-Roasting-Tin-Rukmini-Iyer/dp/1529110068?tag=mumsnetforu03-21 - and her others in the series.

We made chicken fajitas last night and they were SO easy and quick!

If you don't already make them, it's worth learning how to make these two simple pasta dishes, spaghetti carbonara and Cacio e Pepe. Both only use a few ingredients so are economical and are quick to make.

Carbonara is made with eggs, not the white sauce used in shop bought versions, and Cacio e Pepe uses pecorino cheese as a main ingredient.

If you want a book then Nigel Slater's Real Fast Food.

It's before he got 'notions'. Everything is easy, nice and ready in 30 minutes or less.

Tray bakes are a godsend. Chicken thighs with chorizo and new potatoes, with orange, fennel and rice, with lemon capers and thyme. Loads of options and super easy. Salmon works well too.

Home made pizza (Jamie Oliver's easy pizza recipe works every time).

Spaghetti with crab chilli and rocket

Spaghetti with roast veg lemon juice olive oil and parmesan. Small bits of mozzarella as a treat.

Spaghetti with prawns and tomatoes

Spaghetti with anchovies capers parsley lemon and olive oil

Steak with butter bean mash and roast asparagus

Paella

Risotto (mushroom, pea, bacon or tomato are favs here)

Baked fish on a bed of sliced parboiled potatoes and sliced onions (and or fennel). Roast all together. Super easy.

Spaghetti and meatballs

Homemade chicken Kiev

Salmon stir fry

Chicken with cream and tarragon (with rice)

Diana Henry's books Simple and From the Oven to the Table are fantastic for inspiration and all v easy.

Am hungry now!

Oooh. Fish.
Foil, put pak choi on, fillet of fish (i tried with white fish and trout. Both good), add chopped ginger and chili, small dash of soy, couple of thin slices of lemon on top. Wrap tightly. Really properly. Bake. I think it's 20 min on 180, but id depends on size of the fish. Serve with rice and chopped spring onion
