To hope that companies remember who has 'been there' during the pandemic?

I am NOT talking about furloughed or those who are at home for health reasons.
Does anyone hope that our efforts are rewarded after all this? I'm NHS and I have done everything to try to help ease everyone's workload, I've WFH only when it was completely necessary and have genuinely worked. My colleagues have been WFH every Friday and don't answer calls or join in Skype meetings, and none of them apart from me have children!
One of my supervisors has been at home since two weeks before lockdown started because her husband is high risk (they have 3 children.) She has refused to WFH (says she has no computer), she has refused to put her children in school. She is currently at home on full pay (quite high up in the NHS.) We sourced a laptop, she has refused to come pick it up, or even let someone drop it off!
Another one of my colleagues has a 15 and 18 year old and says she's unable to leave them alone at home as 'they fight' yet is quite vocal about staying overnight at her boyfriends every weekend.
I don't want them punished. It just would be nice if come the end, someone said 'thanks.'

You’ll be waiting a long time for any recognition!

I imagine they’ll be a wave of mass redundancies, no matter how hard anybody has worked or unpaid overtime hours logged.
