To ask what type of nose this is?

My father has a nose that I haven't really seen on anybody else in real life. It's a very beautiful shape, it goes in a bit and then just straight out.
It's the exact same as the photo at the start of this article (sorry, I don't know how to directly link photos and it won't let me upload as I am new )
