Do you think I could do a zoom meeting with a background whilst in the bath?

Just that really.

Got awful period pains and would love a nice hot bath but I've got to do a member of my teams appraisal at 2.30.

If I kept the camera on my face and put a background on, how would she know?? I could even put a scarf around my neck to cover up.

Disclaimer: I obviously won't do this but I would blooming love to!

I would, you could have a really bubbly bath, and occasionally pan round to some rubber ducks, and talk about what a lovely pond you're sat near. 🤣

Of course not . They'll hear water sounds and think you're on the loo having a wee. You'll never live it down!

I know this is not serious, but you could have a sleeping bag as well as a hot water bottle to increase warmth? I once relieved some period pains when WFH by putting on a fake fur coat over my hot water bottle (no Teams back then)

Sure. I bet the HR team are pretty quiet just now, plenty time to investigate incidences of bathroom related misconduct.

Happened to me once, thank God I wasn't on Zoom at the time.

And the water would get cold, you wouldn't be able to top it up.

I'm sure JFK used to have meetings with his advisers sitting in the bath, as he had a bad back.

But you don't need to be nude to get the bath benefits, just wear a suitable swimsuit.

I may have discussed the potential of doing this with the rest of my team. 🛀

However as Zoom is a hassle to use we decided it perhaps wasn't the best plan.
