I’m 37 weeks pregnant and I’ve been admitted into hospital due to reduced movements and also been into maternity assessment over 20 plus times with reduced movements too.
At the beginning half of the pregnancy I had a lot of bleeding which they found it to be bleeding on the inside of my uterus.
I have been told my several different doctors that I would be induced by 37 weeks and now being told that I won’t be and that I have to see how it goes.
But then I get told by midwife that I should be induced due to the size of the baby and the amount of reduced movements I’ve had. I’m very confused

I think it’ll be really hard for anyone on here to advise without knowing what your doctors and midwives do. If I was in your position I’d ask for a very clear discussion on the disadvantages/advantages of induction at this point so you have a clear idea what they are thinking and how far they’d let you go. I’d also want to know if they are being more reluctant to induce because of Covid. I was induced at 38 weeks and it was better for the baby to be out but the baby wasn’t really ready so it was a v hard labour. I’d also want to know what the guidance is around partners being with you on the antenatal ward. I’ve seen some places don’t allow it and I’d have found that very hard.
