To think houses with big gardens will go up in value

I’m thinking that after lockdown houses with premium/large gardens will go up in value and be more sought after in/around London area?

My garden has been a double edged sword, the space is great, but I have just not been able to keep on top of it due to the build up of waste.

Thankfully tip opens today, so we can get rid of a lot.
