Marvel Comic-based films are crap and Scorcese was right that they’re killing cinema.

How? They gross huge amounts, which means huge numbers of people going to see them, and crucially, spending money at the cinema to see them.

Please don't make 'cinema' another wanky arty 'oh, if you don't like this challenging Czech film about dead children you are a pleb' snooze fest. There are plenty of those boring echo chambers around music snobs, opera bores, theatre bores and we don't need more. I don't like any Scorsese films that I've seen to date.
