AIBU to think I can botch some waterproofing on this lean to conservatory roof?

There must be something I can use?
It's old, we bought the house last year. It leaks through the strips and the roof is a crappy plastic type lean to. Freezing in winter and leaks whenever it rains.
I was thinking I might be able to get some tape to seal the leaking joins (on the inside I don't care what it looks like).
We are knocking it down next year and getting a new one rebuilt so really don't want to spend much money on it.
Pic attached.
Any advice welcomed!

We used storm seal, bought from Homebase last year. It's in a tube like a bath sealant. It can be used inside and outside, did a great job on our roof.

Duck tape

Poly tunnel tape could work although that’s meant to be used inside and out.

Transparent Gorilla tape - here

I've used it as a temporary repair on car brake lights and I also repair pushchair raincovers with it.

Ours leaked at the top of the roof as the panels had slipped down (you could see the sky at the joins). It was possible to whack them back up in place with a mallet. We then used silicon seal along the joins both internally and externally. Has worked as a bodge for around a year so far.

Duck tape or gorilla tape but do it on the outside where the corrugated sheets meet/cross over. If you do it on the inside, and we have lots of rain, then the water will eventually get through the waterproof underside of the tape.
