2020 is now so weird that the Pentagon just confirmed UFOs and it’s barely news.

Anyone got a link?

Mrhodgeymaheg · 29/04/2020 06:39

To be honest, I don't think we are mentally ready for aliens, which is why they haven't come.

Why risk holidaying on an infested planet with loads of people who stare at a small rectangular object in their hands all day and would probably end up torturing and dissect them given half a chance. Even a weekend in Pontin's is more preferable to that.

Tellmetruth4 · 29/04/2020 06:40

There’s been a collective yawn because its obvious Trump authorised their release to act as a distraction from his disastrous handling of the Covid crisis.

These photos are a few years old and many people have already seen them. They’ve just been officially released. I don’t believe they prove alien activity at all, it’s probably some prototype from an Elon Musk type.

ArriettyJones · 29/04/2020 06:42

Yes that’ll be it. They’re hiding up there waiting for us to evolve further (Confused). They’ll have a long wait.

JudyCoolibar · 29/04/2020 06:55

That doesn’t mean they’re aliens, or ghostly apparitions or anything else. It just means that no one knows what they are.

Even less than that, it just means that people who've looked into it in a fairly desultory way don't know what they are. The chances are that whoever put them up there (probably some foreign power experimenting) knows perfectly well what they are.

UniversalAunt · 29/04/2020 06:57

‘The Queen is going to come out as a werewolf as is the majority of royal families around Europe.’
‘I thought they were lizards?’

True, a lizard she may be, but she now self-identifies as a wolf.

DarrellMakepeace · 29/04/2020 07:03

Some of that footage is very old but it's interesting to see.

I have no doubt at all about the existence of objects behaving oddly out in space, I've seen them myself.

PureedSocksAndPants · 29/04/2020 07:16

Imagine everyone was werewolves

It’s easy if you try..
😄

notimagain · 29/04/2020 07:33

I hope the conspiracy theorists/UFO'logists aren't going to have the brass neck to say something released by the Pentagon/US Government provides them with proof of anything....

Anyhow most of us have seen "UFOs", in the literal sense of the acronym.

BrokenBrit · 29/04/2020 07:33

As long as they don’t come down and say ‘take us to your leader’, that would be embarrassing all round!

Deathraystare · 29/04/2020 07:37

Those Aliens are laughing at us! Like the 'Smash' ones in the advert!

They are filming us to show in their schools. Now listen up you lot, THIS is what can happen

SerenDippitty · 29/04/2020 07:45

Interesting timing, seeing that as many people have now died of Covid 19 in the US as in the Vietnam War.

PutThemInTheIronMaiden · 29/04/2020 07:55

I find it terrifying . This pandemic is doing my head in, I can't handle aliens.

🤣🤣🤣

Sparklfairy · 29/04/2020 08:02

I saw some once with my cousin who was visiting from London. We were driving at night through some country lanes (no street lights) and two orange 'orbs' kind of floated down to the windscreen. No idea to this day what they were but neither of us thought 'aliens', though we did think 'unidentified'.

Always reminds me of the song Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft (the Carpenters version was the first I ever heard and remained my favourite)

IrisAtwood · 29/04/2020 08:04

Hm. I had a blotch just like that on photos I took with a digital camera for ages until I figured out it was time to get the little air blower thingie out and blow the bit of dust away

Because the USAF and the Pentagon won’t have thought of that 🙄

Raccoon2020vision · 29/04/2020 09:25

@IrisAtwood I'm afraid I couldn't find the appropriate emoji for "tongue in cheek". I do not think people at the Pentagon or the USAF are overly credulous but I do think there are an awful lot of diversionary red herrings being fed to the general populace right now. I do believe UFOs exist and given the sheer number of stars in the universe the likelihood of alien life is high although we might not recognise it if it visited. And in any case, why would any superior race visit Earth, of all places? We have an awfully high opinion of ourselves, we humans!!!! The way we've behaved there won't even be many natural resources left to harvest never mind anything else.

JaneJeffer · 29/04/2020 11:02

They were moving around so not just a blotch on camera.

I hadn't heard the Queen's doctor story Grin

CrystalTipped · 29/04/2020 11:05

Why risk holidaying on an infested planet with loads of people who stare at a small rectangular object in their hands all day and would probably end up torturing and dissect them given half a chance.

Anything that had the intelligence and ability to get all the way out to us would probably not be looking for a quiet picnic spot...

Former Canadian defence minister Paul Hellyer has a lot to say about aliens. He says there are different kinds - I suppose there would be - and one kind would want to be here for "sport"... One of the reasons the general public can't be told about them is because we like to tell ourselves we would have the advantage, and we are the scary ones. Perhaps Hellyer is not well, perhaps he's an attention seeker, but it's entertaining to watch videos on this stuff if you're bored!

noblegiraffe · 29/04/2020 11:10

Aliens come to Earth from light years away in order to fly around in really blotchy and unclear videos?

That’s quite reassuring if that’s all they’re capable of doing.

Willow2017 · 29/04/2020 11:13

i thought they were lizards

Och thats just David Ike.
i prefer to believe The Doctor he is the authority on aliens They are werewolves.😄

JaneJeffer · 29/04/2020 11:20

Hi Willow long time no see. I'm off to read up on werewolf royals Grin

guiltandchocolate · 29/04/2020 11:32

Oh yes it’s definitely all connected
The satellites are actually them preparing the invasion. We were a step ahead though been testing pathogens in captured aliens in labs and, a bit like war of the works found that a type of virus could wipe them out but it had to be modified and spread quickly so that when they invade it destroys them all. Maybe bill gates is their leader from what I’ve read on conspiracy pages 😳😳🤣

Willow2017 · 29/04/2020 11:32

Hi Jane
Here is the proof Grin

Poor ol Queen Vic got scratched....
