To ask if anyone else is struggling with disordered eating during quarantine?

I struggled with anorexia during my teen years but have had a much healthier relationship with food/my body in recent times. In September, I moved back home to start a grad scheme. Before quarantine I was eating the majority of my meals outside the house and maintaining my weight ie not putting much emphasis on food and eating.

I just feel that every family member is being extremely critical if I miss breakfast etc. The judgement/constant observation is bringing back issues I thought were mostly resolved.

If you are skipping meals it can be a red flag, they are probably just worried about you

I'm also a recovered anorexic and I'm seeing a resurgence in disordered behaviours due to lock down. I don't have any advice, just wanted to say you're not alone.

Don't skip breakfast then

YANBU - I've never had any eating disorders but with lockdown and being inactive, I've no appetite at all and I'm losing weight so that I'm now sitting on the bones of my a*se. Just eaten some gorgonzola and that's all I've eaten today and it's now bedtime, but hey! they say that cheese at bedtime gives you vivid dreams? Just hope that they're more exciting than today's beenGrin

Unhelpful and misses the point
