Thanks Pink, that seems more doable than mnemonics for 30 odd words. Dissing me not the mnemonic idea,

A combination of techniques helps to get the spellings in their heads. Mnemonics can be useful for longer or trickier words.

How do you teach a dyscalculic child math?

Wondering if OP was intending on coming back.
Regarding discalculia, I don’t have a lot of experience with it. It’s not often diagnosed. Depending on the age of the child, try different methods involving physicians objects as the visual stimulus tends to help when the undersecretary if number is lacking. I’m sure there’s much more advice online.

Greenpop21 · 16/04/2020 10:49

Physical not physicians obviously!

Greenpop21 · 16/04/2020 10:51

Oh god so sorry. Understanding not undersecretary!Hmm Predictive text as per usual combined with sausage fingers and no glasses to hand!
