I went on Twitter to look at his original Toys out the Pram tweet about Press conferences being a waste of time after Bleachgate.
It was depressing to read so many replies completely on his side and parroting the Fake News line

I'm not going to watch either. I had only seen it mentioned by someone on a tv show, as Trump's new fave. The journalist was shown asking questions basically attacking other journalists or Trump's political opponents.

As in: "what do you want to say to those traitors who have accused you of not taking coronavirus seriously?"

I'm slightly curious about Breitbart, but not sure I want to venture there either.

Update: Multiple White House officials tell NBC News this morning that there may NOT be a task force briefing today and that Trump may instead open to the press his 4pm Cabinet Room event with industry executives. (The current WH strategy, I’m told, is to show Trump “at work”.)

Why seek to show Trump “at work”? The New York Times, remember, reported last week that the president:
