Lighthearted

To think every symptom is a sign of corona virus??

Currently sporting a very fetching rash all over my lower back, top of buttocks and thighs. Can't recall having anything quite like this before, and am now worrying that this is a new symptom of the virus that no-one has yet reported.

Yes, I know I"m being unreasonable ( to be the first with this particular symptom...)

Anyone else suddenly hyper vigilant when it comes to bodily goings on??

I saw somebody in the park sneeze today. There were at least 10 metres between us but I still nearly jumped out of my skin.

Felt like I had a sore throat earlier, nearly shat myself, cleared my throat and I was fine

It worries me that people are putting everything down to Covid19. Even chest pain. 😱 Other illnesses are available.

Please don’t delay seeking treatment for something because you think it’s an as-yet-undiscovered symptom of Coronavirus. Especially if it’s one that normally has serious connotations.

Omg just went to local small supermarket to do first shop in 10 days. As soon as I walked through the door I felt my face starting to get redder and redder and redder like a beetroot. There was absolutely nothing I could do about it. Tried to take deep breaths near the spices and took off my jacket etc. Eventually just had to go and pay and explain that I wasn’t ill - just stupidly stressed and anxious.

Don’t forget a lot of people will also be experiencing symptoms relating to stress. No matter how much a person may think they are on top of it, a situation like this will create cracks. So things like poor sleep, headaches, muscle tension, digestive issues will all appear. And stress also lowers your immune system so annoyingly, you’re more likely to then pick up colds, or feel more run down etc.

I had a pneumonia vaccine this morning, massive arm pain and am tired, very tired. I had to google they were side effects of the vax, something I would normally avoid doing!
