Constant need to pee at night. Suggestions?

...however please do not suggest it is pregnancy - I am absolutely not pregnant and not TTC.

I am going out of my mind with this. Every night when I get in bed I feel desperate for a wee. So I get up, use the loo, get back in bed. A few minutes tick by. I need to go again but this time it is barely a trickle. Get back in bed, five minutes later I feel the need to go. This can happen several times in the evening before I finally go to sleep.

It is driving me insane but I do not want to bug the doctors, what with all this COVID 19 going on.

Has anyone experienced this? As I said, I am not pregnant and do not have children. I'm a pretty fit and healthy woman of 31, no health issues and a decent diet.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

I get this I’ve had it for a few years , I do get constant utis but even when I don’t have one I always need to get up int he might to wee and then the hour or two before bed I could go around ten times. I think I have bladder retention by looking on google. Same as you don’t want to bother the gp because it COVID but it’s really affecting my life.
