My hair has a disturbing amount of grey/white - I had an appointment the week before lockdown to get my hair coloured but DS was off school poorly so I cancelled it.

Over the weekend I thought it might be a good time to re-shape my eyebrows so am now growing those out.

This morning I wondered whether there was any point wearing a bra, I mean I don't leave the house. I am now home schooling 3 small people so I could save a bit on the washing of bras.

Currently still wearing earrings though, for now !

I think we're going to get to see a lot of peoples natural hair colour when this ends

I have to work from home this morning. Also face to face via internet so I may get myself in shape. Also not wearing a bra. Oh the comfort.

I have vowed that my first treat to myself when lock down ends will be an eyelash tint after I've caught too many glimpses of myself in the mirror looking like a bowl of rice putting with two raisins for eyes.
I'm considering covering the mirrors.

This made me laugh! I do think (hope!) Hairdressers/Beauticians will do just fine when restrictions are lifted!

I gave up on the bra last week....freedom!

Pity me. I’ve got really thin, fine long hair which I have had permed for decades to give it some body. I was overdue for my perm before lockdown. I’ll be half poker straight baby hair and half curly by the time this is over.

I would have a blonde tache to rival Tom Selleck if I left it. Normally have it threaded every 3 weeks along with my brows. Now have ordered some wax strips for the tache.

So what do you normally have done and have you found a way you can now do this yourself from home?

(I've broken out the facial epilator I got for xmas for what I would have usually had threaded- although I'm interested to see if I can learn how to thread myself!)

I'm also growing back my very overplucked eyebrows and I'm quite pleased how much is growing back. The patchy stage will be hidden by my overgrown fringe!

No bra here either!

No children here, trying to make work days feel different to the evening so dreading like for work, not sure how long I’ll maintain that though.

This thread reminds me I should wear earrings as holes will close up.

I noticed this morning how grey my roots are . I think I may quite like it though.

I've only had one PJ day since lockdown, I can't help myself I have to get dressed. I haven't shaved anything or dyed my hair (yet) but I did pick up a box dye in asda and when I can't stand it I'll use it.
I actually put eyeliner on today to go food shopping, gotta keep the standards up

I've been off for a fortnight and am back in for one day later this week. It's going to be a struggle

The day they announced lockdown I'd just had my hair done and a lovely fringe put in. Two weeks on and my hair looks fab but the fringe is the bane of my life. It's got a touch of the Boris Johnsons about it and does whatever it likes. The oldest DC has taken to calling me Mary (says it looks like the something about mary fringe) and the youngest DC now joins in because upsetting me is all they have left in life apart from xbox.

My roots are dreadful my hair appointment was cancelled obviously..

Luckily managed to pick myself up some hair dye. Purchased with essentials before I'm lynched so guess we will see how dp fares as a hair stylist

I was in desperate need of my roots doing before lockdown and am thinking I’m past the point of bothering now - might just embrace the grey!

Hair will be dyed as normal from home. Every couple of months, it gets delivered.
The tache I will get the razor on it when it becomes an issue.
Tbh honest, nothing has changed. I do the hair, and shave when I can be bothered to. If others don't like it, they can look elsewhere lol.

I quite like twiddling my chin hairs while I'm watching TV I'll miss them.

I haven't shaved since I last went to the pool on the 11th, when the dog sits on my lap you can't tell where I end and she begins!

I embraced the grey 4 years ago, so don't mind that.

I'm doing yoga, pilates and zumba everyday in my flat (Spain, total lockdown), so I'm hoping I have an arse that doesn't clap as I walk down the street when this is over.

I’m not so much worried about the hair as the weight gain. Comfort food, comfort wine, maybe I need to start Zumba - where are you finding online zumba @elquintoconyo ?

Part of me wants to see what happens if I stop doing any of it eg dyeing hair, painting nails, shaving legs.
