AIBU not to go to hospital (warning, mentions miscarriage)

Yes, I know one of these threads. I get irritated by them as well, and I'd probably go if it wasn't for the fact my local hospital is one of the worst hit for CV.

I am (was) nearly 12 weeks pregnant, and started bleeding last night. It seemed to slow down this morning but the awful cramps started. Went to A and E on 111's advice, though I didnt see much point. I've had a MC before, I knew I couldn't get a scan but the staff were v kind and told me to come back if it gets bad.

Trouble is, it's ramped up a lot quicker than my last MC. I've lost quite a bit of blood, clots the size of my hand and now feeling quite faint whenever I stand up. I just can't face going back to the hospital unless absolutely necessary though. AIBU to think I can manage this at home, or at least wait until morning as long as I dont move too much? I'm not in agony, just worse than average cramps, though I was getting some pins and needles in my fingers earlier. When I went in this morning, it was very quiet but the only other person there had a bad cough. I really don't want to risk my family's health if its avoidable.
