What were the favourite things your mum cooked?

Is/was your mum a good cook and what are the best things she makes?
Mine does the best lentil soup and apple crumble. Never tasted anyone do them better

No christmas dinner can compare to my mammys.
She's shit at quite a few other meals but she can't half cook a good roast!
