Is it normal for men to comment on attractive women so much?

Following on from another thread.
Is it normal for a man in a relationship of a year and more to bang on about attractive women to other women( friends, sisters, cousins)
Not my man, but someone I'm close to.
I find it a bit disrespectful but maybe I am being a prude ? He likes to describe what he would do with her/ them if they were together .
He is normally a nice bloke and not creepy.

1. Hes a immature crank
2. I feel sorry for his girlfriends past and present
3. Use this quarantine time as a window to revaluate your friendship with him.

Sounds very creepy. He’s trying to prove a point or he gets off on making women feel uncomfortable
