To feel bad for sending my Dc to school.

Dc are 12 & 10. Both myself and Dh are key workers and work shift work. Dd3 will be going play school come Monday.

Dd and Ds obviously don’t want to go school but i can’t imagine them not going school for 6 months. Dd struggles with school as it is and is behind with maths.

What should I do? Dh thinks they should both go school.

I feel so guilty but they would kill each at home!

She should feel guilty!

Poor kids. Poor everyone. They can be left, the older one certainly can.

They can be left from 9-5? 😐

Whyever not?

Surely they aren't being home alone if one parents is sleeping. The sleeping parent can be woken for any emergencies, the children could also have Skype set up on a laptop and have grandparents or family chatting to them and keeping an eye.

But your husband will be there sometimes?

As school staff, we have been categorically told that we are childcare not education.
