To be worried about a sore throat?

Not coronvirus I'm pretty sure of that. But I've had a persistent sore throat which radiates to my ear for the past two weeks now. It's only on the right side, feels very localised like it's caused by an ulcer or lesion. When I look in the mirror it does actually look like there's some sort of whitish bump on the right tonsil. Should I be worried?

I know nobody can diagnose me here but trying to see a doctor is near impossible right now. Hoping it's something viral that will settle down on its own. Paracetamol seem to help but I've been taking them for nearly two weeks now!

@Cocoandclive27 did you actually found out what was wrong and did it go away finally? I kind of have the same problem and hasn't resolved even after antibiotics.

I get tonsil stones and have googled the removal methods and spent way more than I care to think about on things on amazon claiming to get rid but it’s always impossible!! I occasionally succeed but it takes days of heaving misery!! How do ppl do it easily?? They’re the worst!
