To eat nutritious food not 'diet' food

I'm overweight by about 2 and a half stone. I go through phases of diet food, weight watchers meals, Muller lights, stupid fake food.
I've decided to try a different approach. I each wholesome, filling and nutritious food and get away from my addiction to sugar in the form of cake and chocolate?

What are you go to meals for both health and satisfaction??

Oven baked salmon with steamed pak choice and broccoli, with rice
Chicken thighs or breast with roasted sweet potato, onions, spinach and tomatoes
Avacado on sourdough toast with two poached eggs and dried chilli to season
Jacket potato-sweet or normal with tuna sweetcorn, or tinned salmon, or feta and spinach
Omelette with peppers and chorizo, salad on the side
Sausages and gravy with suede and carrot mash
Pan fried trout with steamed new potatoes, carrots and kale
I use lot of spices in all of my food to make it tasty and filling each time! I dont hold back on butter or carbs because I feel so much better having a little bit of what I feel like, I could never cut foods out or go low fat. I feel so much better eating a plate that is full of colourful food and lots of vegetables. Breakfast is usually porridge with berries and honey, if I'm in a rush just a coffee and a banana. Snacking on apples is good as they are a natural appetite suppressant. I stay at a size 12 but feel very comfortable in my clothes as do constant exercise, dog walks and yoga and swimming. Probs drink too much wine though Grin
