I'm really sorry to post this here but I have no one else to ask and I'm freaking out as I have bad anxiety already.

I had surgical management of miscarriage nearly 3 weeks ago. I did have some pain and bleeding for around a week afterwards which appears to be normal however this stopped about a week and a half ago.

Today I had a sudden pain in my abdomen, it was quite painful and when I went to the toilet this was there.

Should I be concerned about this? I'm worried that it could be leftover tissue from the pregnancy.

I am actually ill at the moment, started with a temp a few days ago but put it down to a cold oncoming. Now I'm concerned it's an infection.

My hospital emergency gynecology unit aren't answering at all and it's miles away.

I don't know if I'm just freaking out over nothing though. Would you go to the hospital if they won't answer the phone?

Again I'm sorry to post, I know it's gross but I'm so worried, the pain was quite bad, it stopped me in my tracks for a while.

I'm sorry you're going through this and glad you're going to get checked out. I hope all is ok.

Hi again, GP thinks an infection. My temp is high and there was a part of my tummy that hurt quite a bit when pressed.

I'm on antibiotics for right now but I need to go and have a scan at the hospital so I'll arrange that tomorrow. If I have any more pain, vomitting or whatever in the night then it's A&E.
