To have expected to have lost more weight by now?

I'm
I'm quite overweight I suppose. 3 stone ish. So we are definitely not in the realms of losing the last few lbs or anything!

I started a diet and I'll have been on it 3 weeks tomorrow. I'm basically being sensible, calorie counting and keeping carbs to good ones and also low. Plenty of veg and fruit. Drinking water

In these almost 3 weeks I've lost 11 lbs. I expected more I think Confused

It's making me feel a bit despondent tbh. Is it a decent loss considering I have about 3 stone in total to lose? How can I speed it up? Activity has been upped so I think I'm doing all I can

@Vintage2020 god if I ate any chocolate I'd just binge it all! I try and get round cravings by having a drink I make in a hotel chocolate Velvetiser. I add one teaspoon of pukka chocolate latte stuff (it's sugar free) to cashew milk or oat milk.

Hits the spot and it's about 35 cals

Definitely only weigh your self once a week or fortnight, I also agree with having a treat
