To pay per view for the Corey Feldman documentary which is set to expose Hollywood paedophiles?

Just that. He’s bringing out his documentary for one view only I believe on pay per view. It’s about the sexual abuse both he and Corey Haim suffered as kids in Hollywood. I believe him totally and he looks so damaged and broken these days. Just feels strange getting something like this on pay per view.

Alphy had a good time during the early ’80s and 90’s walking on minor film projects and managing a small club for actors who are under the age of sixteen. Many decades later, accusations surfaced that he molested child actors in “Soda Pop Club”.

Indeed. The worst thing about that though is that there are victims out there that will never get justice and the enquiry is no longer fit for purpose.

God Lyra too many, some more credibly sourced than others. The issue being that many accusers are taken down or maligned such that their whole testimony/character becomes flawed. In other cases the accuser lacks credibility because of their own misdemeanours eg Michael Egan. In actual fact there is of course the situation whereby one could be a victim and a fraudster at the same time - people do not like duality, we like things in black and white, either/or as opposed to humans in all their complexity.

The overall feeling I get from comments about the documentary on American sites is that Corey is being called a liar, mentally ill and a money grabber etc. It’s very sad and makes me think we haven’t come very far

They said the same about Michael Jackson accusers : Wade Robson and James Safechuck. But I still believe them both.

It's not about if he's a liar or not, it's about the way he's exploiting his dead friend. It's not something I would support by paying for a PPV. But it's up to you how you spend your money.

Ginkypig · 06/03/2020 23:08

I assume though as he has had to put a lot of his own personal money into making it I vaguely remember that was the case when he began talking about making it so the ppv is to recupe some of that as I doubt he can get normal work easily.
The other reason is potentially no mainstream channels or subscription service like Netflix or prime have chosen to show it for whatever reason so if he wants it shown in countries where that is the case then this is one way to do that.
