HRT Femoston 1/10 and nausea

I’m 44 and have just started the above HRT. I’m nearly finished the 2nd month of pills. I had no withdrawal bleed after the 1st month (not sure if that’s normal?)
My main concern is this horrible sick feeling I have pretty much all the time.
It is so awful because I feel hungry at the same time but feel too sick to eat!
I also feel like I’m about to have a period (low stomach cramps, bloating etc) but no bleed.
Is this normal?.... I feel worse now than I did before I started. The only thing it’s really helped with are the hot flushes.
I remember feeling this way years ago when I tried the combined pill and I just couldn’t tolerate it (and I tried many different types)
Should I persevere?

Usually I would recommend trying a different brand - but many/possibly most are currently unavailable in the UK at the moment I understand?

I am on this i get a period though and I have not felt sick. You shouldmaybe go back to your gp no point in persevering with something that is making you miserable.

I have GP appointment tomorrow so I’ll have a chat.
I’m just concerned that I’ll be encouraged to carry on as I’ve gone through the menopause a bit early so was advised I should be on hrt until at least 50 to minimise the risk of osteoporosis and heart disease.

There is a real shortage too so this tablet was the only one my GP would prescribe

Have a chat keep taking it obviously maybe they will give you something for the sickness.

You might feel better on oestrogen gel daily then ten days of progesterone each month added to trigger a bleed. I find the progesterone time makes me feel as you do, but it is easier to manage as only for 1/3 of the time. Snacking helps with the nausea.
I see a private gynae, but you could ask your GP?
