To be annoyed by this sexist job advert?

A local sanctuary has advertised for a job and been adamant that this is not for women because they would feel uncomfortable with a woman doing the task. The comments are all the owner (female) of the sanctuary.

They also then posted mocking someone who asked for reasonable adjustments.

Is it just me or is this not a reasonable way to recruit?

Yeah it's illegal report it or at least message tell her your reporting so she'll shit herself the daft bat what's she thinking.
It's like people who say I don't want to recruit a woman in case she wants children. These people need slapping .

Stupid of her to say she only wants a man. She could have just ignored female applicants if no one fitted the bill. But all in all it os hardly a professional seeming job advertisement - has she just bunged it on Facebook?! Even if she hadn't been sexist she would need to expect a lot of stupid replies.

I don't understand your beef with her complaint about one of the applicants though. They seem to be saying they look after their animals and do gardening but if is too hard on their own so they will sell them and work for her?! Seems odd: 'I find this work too hard. Give a job!'. Then when the job specifically asked the applicants to have their own transport says they can't drive.
