Best...
My wedding day, it was perfect
Birth of my two boys and them growing up, the best years!
Travelling with friends in my late teens, real adventures

Worst.. Sitting with my terminally ill mum in A&E with my dad and hearing him cry, he looked so lost when she died
Losing my job after nearly 30 years
Dragging myself out of a breakdown three years ago, it's changed me

BUT... we are stronger than we think, a little flame flickers inside us and we CAN get through it to everyone xx
