It might be a case of things are their darkest at night but I’m really worried.

I’ve had moving back ache since the summer months, but it’s only hurting in the early hours and morning. It stops hurting completely in the day. (Tonight I’ve googled and this is a sign)

I’ve been given exercises by a physiotherapist and I will be honest I’m not always doing them as the pain completely stops after about 10am...and with a young dd I just don’t think about it again. Sometimes have evening pain but it’s mainly in the morning.

I am a social smoker and have been since I was 17 I’m 31 now. I also drink very regularly.

Sad I’m feeling quite scared. Please be kind posting for traffic as I need some quick responses. Don’t think I’ll sleep tonight.

Its your bed !!

Breastfeedingworries · 20/02/2020 15:40

My bed is only 9 years old, I know they say change every 8 though. I can’t afford a new one currently, mine was pricey when I bought it about 900 so thought it would last bit longer.

I might sleep on the floor tonight so it’s completly hard floor. Thanks all. I’m going to speak to doctors tomorrow in case it is more sinister x
