What sanitary towel is this?

Help!!
Not an AIBU, just posting for traffic.
What sanitary towel brand is this please? It has more padding than most, is normal length and doesn't have wings.
I thought they were Always Original, but nothing comes up on Google, and the packaging has been thrown away.
Also, Always tends to have a white tab to pull open and the brand name on the individual packets and these are just plain green.

It may be a tenner lady

TheyDoDoThat · 19/02/2020 16:14

Tena

EveryThingWillBeWorthIt · 19/02/2020 16:14

Bodyform ultra fit maybe??

OhWellThatsJustGreat · 19/02/2020 16:14

Body form? Although I think they're all pink and purple

FakeFraudSquad · 19/02/2020 16:15

That’s a tena lady. I’ve just checked Blush.

Albgo · 19/02/2020 17:11

Do you know specifically which Tena Lady? I've just had a look and the pattern on the pad doesn't look right to me. Also, my sister swears she's never bought Tena!

Oh hang on a minute, it was a loose one which had made its way into the wrong package! It looks like absolutely identical to an Always Maxi Pad that I buy in the US (I’m over there for work regularly). Would that ring any bells?

mynameiscalypso · 19/02/2020 17:21

I also think it looks like a US pad (although I can't help massively on brand at all)

FakeFraudSquad · 19/02/2020 17:22

www.instacart.com/products/92258-always-maxi-super-pads-without-wings-unscented-22-ct

Those are the ones I buy. They look very similar to Tena Lady Discreet.

cherryblossomgin · 19/02/2020 17:23

I can tell you it is not Bodyform.

FeedMeTikka · 19/02/2020 17:24

Looks like the old style always, they’re not stocked in my local Asda but our B&m stock the thicker older type

luanmapo · 19/02/2020 17:43

Looks exactly like my bodyform maxi.

Spartonian · 19/02/2020 18:14

The design looks like a Tena lady to me

The paper backing on Tena Lady says Tena Lady on it though. The bow paper backing is Always branding.

couchlover · 19/02/2020 18:23

Ive used them and I don't have periods so use them for wee leakage. I don't tend to buy brands and often buy from Wilcos so that's guess.

UnicornMadeOfPinkGlitter · 19/02/2020 18:29

Is it a co-op own brand one?

midnightcamiforever · 19/02/2020 18:30

It looks like an Always Classic maxi pad.www.ozaroo.com/always-maxi-classic-pads-standard-normal-sanitary-towels-size-1-10-pack/

Anyway, why?

FlamingoAndJohn · 19/02/2020 18:35

Why?

Bluetrews25 · 19/02/2020 18:41

Yes, why do you need to know? Has it bitten you and you need the right antidote?

BamboozledandBefuddled · 19/02/2020 18:45

That made me splutter!! Waste of good lager Grin

Vandree · 19/02/2020 18:50

I picked up Always maternity pads last week (heavy periods) and its in a plain green wrapper like that. I think its new as I didn't know Always did maternity pads and I use a cup usually. New design maybe?

TinnedPearsForPudding · 19/02/2020 19:01

If it's unscented it's probably not one of the "big" brands. Perhaps it's a supermarket own brand? I use Sainsburys & they look quite similar.

But....why...?

Albgo · 19/02/2020 19:43

Thanks all, think it may be the Always Classic - really hope so anyway!

As to the why - because I love them and want to buy some. I used one a while ago at my sister's house and have only just gotten around to asking her what they were and she has no clue and doesn't have any more.
