Say for example you've been given notice on your part-time job, due to poor performance caused by stress and anxiety from a coworker hounding you. This has been raised numerous tines, and ignored, by employer ego has sided with the colleague (but you're over it and glad to be moving on to something else.)

Then say your coworker has WhatsApped you tonight at 10pm asking if you've gone x,y and z on this day... and it's not a work day, then gets antsy you've not replied... you're not being unreasonable right??

I'm sat here trying not to have an anxiety attack even though I'm totally within my rights to ignore them.

Ignore and block.

WorraLiberty · 08/02/2020 23:24

Ignore

As an aside, are you in a union?

twinklyfish · 08/02/2020 23:25

Yes, but the procedure involves raising grievances and without being too outing... I work in a very, very tight knit industry. I spoke to ACAS as they said I basically had to choose between trying something or keeping my perceived reputation intact.
