Just that really! How do you manage with it? Sun holidays with kids have become a nightmare for me ! Any tips?

I don't do sun holidays and I stay in the shade as much as possible. I'm very fair skinned and hate the heat, anyhow. Eucerin is the first sun block I've tried that doesn't make it worse.

I do de-sensitise as the summer wears on and some years are worse than others.

Ii found that I would get eruptions if I used chemial suncreens. but would be fine with mineral based high factor sun creams. Most of the dolphin friendly or baby sun creams are mineral based (zinc or titanium)

I get heat rashes, too, and they tend to be under clothes and in the creases of my knees, elbows. I find that ple can come on in the evening, when it's cooler and I'm finding myself gouging at my forearms because I dared to hang a bit of washing out, unprotected, that morning.
