I bought two just like that from a craft fair for GC, they love them.

BigPinkFlower · 02/02/2020 21:09

I have seen those in a shop?

TheTruthAboutLove · 02/02/2020 21:11

I think they’re quite classy.

The Facebook alternative to that is usually a holder dipped in glitter and so this is a rare find 👌 Well done OP, how much did you pay for them?

BoomBoomsCousin · 02/02/2020 21:12

They are tat in the sense of being nicknacks without much point to them. But they do at least look like competently made and pleasant tat. It's the ones that look my 10 year old daughter went crazy with a glue gun that I find utterly baffling.

Dragonembroidery · 02/02/2020 21:12

Cute. Probably laser cut. Poss teacher on the make selling them. Will have paid for materials but using school machines.
BTW I don't do this but some do.

Sewrainbow · 02/02/2020 21:15

They aren't too bad...

Chocpear · 02/02/2020 21:16

I like them, can go on the table Easter morning.

Refreshed · 02/02/2020 21:17

London These are actually being sold by a man Grin

For those asking, they're £7 each

OP posts:
Refreshed · 02/02/2020 21:18

Or 2 for £10!

Chocpear · 02/02/2020 21:20

OP, does he sell them online?

Refreshed · 02/02/2020 21:21

Just Facebook I think

Thank you.

I’m suprised there hasn’t been a comment about the amount of plastic tat in a Kinder egg yet. MN is becoming more restrained.

JosefKeller · 02/02/2020 21:25

if you need to use the word "classy", it means it is the opposite of what you think...

but these are cute. Not pretentious or "classy", so they are fine.

don't get me started, would it kill them to put some semi-decent toys in there for a change? Happy to pay more!
We got a couple of mini cars that were ok, but everything else really is just tat.

Gogolego · 02/02/2020 21:32

Arran we decorate a tree/ twigs with spring ornaments. Think like Christmas tree but more pastel colours. One house started and we all followed

Nice bit of free advertising.

DesLynamsMoustache · 02/02/2020 21:35

What on earth do people do to “get organised” for Easter,

EASTER EGG HUNT! Mine always had multiple clues, and as I got older they had to get more and more complex, with clues in other languages, 'old' pieces of map I had to collect to find the big egg, etc. I bloody loved them Grin

wormshock · 02/02/2020 21:38

I understand the Easter one, however my MIL bought my girls reindeer ones at Christmas! I inwardly sighed.

Gogolego · 02/02/2020 21:38

Sorry for the double post. The app told me I couldn't post and to retry when it apparently had

FairytaleofBykerGrove · 02/02/2020 21:39

My Easter egg holder.

Grin at "getting organised for Easter."

Buy a few eggs and job done - or am I missing something?

Ifeelinclined · 02/02/2020 21:40

I love the idea of the foreign language clues! How fun and interesting!

DesLynamsMoustache · 02/02/2020 21:45

It's probably a bit easier with the internet and Google translate now, but when I were a lass I had to sit with the various language dictionaries and decipher things! There were also some clues in code, cryptic clues, clues that needed me to go read certain words in a certain book, etc. My mum and Grandad put so much effort into them, bless them. I was an only child so I think that was their way of making it a bit more exciting to do on my own. It's one of my favourite childhood memories Grin
