From the sellers perspective ... how many times you would feel comfortable letting the buyer come over?

It depends on what is needed to be done. Generally twice before offer, once after to measure up. BUT if there will be major renovations etc then they will need more after the offer has been accepted.

Why? How many times has yours been viewed...?

OP has disappeared. I smell something fishy.

If a straightforward purchase then twice. For a project or a million plus property, as many as it takes.

Twice before an offer, one further down the chain to measure.

2/3 times.
I like to take kids round but not when I first look round as it means that I'm distracted so at least twice.

Three max.
