The BBC is showing the first series again from next month.

Queer as Folk is on All4. It's an... interesting watch through modern eyes.

This Life, yay! I wasn't allowed to watch it first time round but managed to sneakily tape it on family's VHS.

I read this before I'd had any coffee and thought they were repeating That's Life with Esther Rantzen. Which would be a bit odd. "Mr Smith from Birmingham wrote to us about problems with his car insurance" from forty years ago.

Loved This Life. But I watched the first episode recently on youtube and the homophobia of the characters was noticably dated. Whereas at the time the fact that there were gay characters at all in it was noteworthy and progressive.
