I’m divorced and previously ex took complete control of all things financial (not in a “controlling” way I hasten to add, it was just the division of responsibility we decided upon)

Anyway - now I’m obviously in control but still getting to grips with some things.

My capital repayment mortgage is 2.09% 5 year fixed (expires June 2023). Remaining mortgage term is 23 years.

What is your rate?

Many thanks

1.32% fixed for two years starting later next month

Inforthelonghaul · 24/01/2020 14:18

1.9 5 year fix, no fee.

edwinbear · 24/01/2020 14:19

0.59% over base on a lifetime tracker.

MyDcAreMarvel · 24/01/2020 14:22

2.69 three year fixed, in second year.

FreckledLeopard · 24/01/2020 14:24

1.46% I think, fixed for 2 years. It was 1.74% before that, also fixed.

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 24/01/2020 14:27

Low rate here too, 1.5 but we had a large deposit. It would have been 2.5 at standard rate iirc

Inliverpool1 · 24/01/2020 14:30

Variable 4.8% for the past 12 years and Santander May look at reducing it when I get the mortgage in my name - MAY - I fucking hate them

Bibijayne · 24/01/2020 14:36

1.71% capital repayment. Fixed five years (2.5 years in)

Monkeybunkey · 24/01/2020 14:41

1.49% fixed for 5 years (3 years left). LTV around 55%.
