My DD13 has been going on about BTS for months so I looked them up, saw this and my jaw dropped.

The others are just dancers in this clip but the rest of the band are beautiful too. They're apparently the most successful band since The Beatles...

I guess they measure sales over a period and compare on that basis. You have to remember Asia is a huge market, well over half the world's population live there so if you are huge in Asia but barely heard of in the west you're better known than the opposite.

It's an utterly exhausted "joke" which was funny one time on one thread and now the MN echo-chamber has rendered it the height of humour so everyone races to be the first one to post it on 85% of threads.
