None of the 'whose the most handsome' threads that pop up on here have mentioned V from BTS yet, so I thought I would!

My DD13 has been going on about BTS for months so I looked them up, saw this and my jaw dropped.

The others are just dancers in this clip but the rest of the band are beautiful too. They're apparently the most successful band since The Beatles...

Is take a young Paul Newman.
Michael Hutchence was sex on legs. I saw him with INXS long before it was trendy to like the band and before they were very famous.
I've seen a huge number of artists and I can say he was one of a few who totally had it. He had the magical x factor and was the type of guy you would leave your husband for (apologies).

ralfeesmum · 25/01/2020 11:12

I wonder whatever happened to the band Japan's lead vocalist/songwriter David Sylvian (circa 1981/1982)?

He was astonishingly breathtaking and had cheek bones you could slice bread with!

tizzero · 25/01/2020 11:21

Idris Elba. I win

amispeakingenglish · 25/01/2020 11:27

Take a look at the young David Cassidy or Johnny Depp. Sorry can't agree with you, also never heard of the band, and I think many bands say most successful since the Beatles!!

Forgot about young Paul Newman, your are right , don't forget Robert Redford (take a look at Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.) Some of the older 40s stars were amazing too. Both Phoenix Brothers... the list could go on. Sometimes the oddest looking people can have the X appeal too.

Upherefordancing · 25/01/2020 11:48

We always used to giggle at Michael Hutchence when he performed on TV as he looked so try hard. IMO the prime example of someone who's had too many handsome lessons!

With V, for all the artifice and make-up etc, there's something completely effortless about all his performances that I've been unexpectedly blown away by.

Paul Newman was my first ever love. Gorgeous until the day he died. I'm quite a fan of Paul Rudd as well.

Bonnetdedeuce · 25/01/2020 12:31

leif Garrett was my pretty boy teenage crush

Another vote here for Kristofer Hivju and
Jason Mamoa

Ralph Fiennes, Richard E Grant...cold shower

BlueBrush · 25/01/2020 12:36

@CelebrityDave Who's that picture of? Looks familiar and trying to place him. (Just satisfying my curiosity, you know...Grin)

PeskyRat · 25/01/2020 12:53

@Binting Now that second photo is Phwoaaaar with a capital P Wink

Lifeonmars77 · 25/01/2020 15:15

He is a child. I am worried Blush

FlaskMaster · 25/01/2020 15:56

@Blacksheepcat Surely that's Helena Bonham Carter?

Louis Theroux I would do until his bits fell off Ahaha, I laughed out loud at this. On the other hand, I would do Jason Momoa until my bits fell off. Even if his had fallen off first. In fact, I'm fairly sure that being within 10 feet of him would give me enough orgasms to last a whole lifetime! Grin

Upherefordancing · 25/01/2020 16:13

After seeing Jason Mamoa on the Graham Norton show I was so surprised that he was even thought of as a sex symbol. Nice guy but so weird looking IMO. Each to their own!

My friend has a huge crush on The Rock. I just don't get that one. 😂

DiegoSaber · 25/01/2020 16:28

A lot of celebrities become attractive simply by virtue of being very rich and stylish, plus because you feel like you get to "know" them and something about them/their characters' personalities is attractive.

But if they weren't famous and you met them in passing, you wouldn't look at them in that way whatsoever. I think Jason Mamoa is one of them!

People like Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hiddleston. Joaquin Phoenix I think too!

Upherefordancing · 25/01/2020 16:35

Actually I would still be gobsmacked if I passed V in the street and didn't know who he was.

The Rock looks like he was created in Minecraft!

Yeah ok we've established you're weird already, don't worry.

PeskyRat · 25/01/2020 16:48

@Upherefordancing I was at their Wembley concert last year with one of my daughters, had never heard of the group BTS. V was the one who I remember asking my daughter wow who is he, as I found his face so lovely, so you're not on your own. You're certainly not weird for seeing a beauty in someones face that others can't see, who cares what age he looks! We are not talking sexual attraction here.

Upherefordancing · 25/01/2020 17:02

Don't worry PeskyRat all my friends think the same as me!!

I'm getting the feeling the average age on this thread is about 55 (hello DiegoSaber...).

I'm 42, I wouldn't have liked that guy when I was 12. My 12-year-old crushes were Donnie Wahlberg and Andrei Agassi.

InfiniteSheldon · 25/01/2020 17:32

No!

OhBugger125 · 25/01/2020 17:40

Jason Momoa
