Dry nappy overnight

Posting here for traffic really.
Bit anxious this morning. My 15 month old DS’s nappy was bone dry this morning, he’s not unwell and he’s playing as normal since he got up. He had a couple of very heavy nappies during the day yesterday.
I suppose I’m worried as this is unusual for him.
My DP says not to worry and it’s probably a good thing.

As long as he has a normal wee this morning I wouldn't worry if he's otherwise OK. It might be a sign he's dry at night

I wouldn’t worry at all. Might just be a fluke. Keep an eye on drinking/weed today.

Having a 13 month I can see why you would be worried but try not to panic, personally I would give it to midday and see if he has had any wet nappies till then seek advice after that if he hasn't, I'm sure he will though and the hopefully the dry nappies overnight are a sign of things to come Smile

My 11 month old has done this a couple of times and I was worried but she was completely fine. She did massive wees soon after she woke up.

I'm probably far too late but if you explain the situation to nursery I'm sure they will keep an eye out for you. In any case my son has a diary for nursery and they write down when they have changed him and if it was wet or soiled, I thought this would pretty much be procedure in every nursery?

Yes, they do keep notes in a diary for us. So I’ll know either way.
But he had a big wee this morning before we left, so hopefully I don’t need to worry now.
