AIBU to think you can’t eat raw fish from Tesco as sashimi?

DH thinks it will be fine to eat it straight off the shelf.

I think that supermarket fish won’t be ‘sashimi grade’ and should be cooked.

Who is right?

You need a proper good quality fish mongers.

I sometimes cheat and make sushi with smoked salmon or tinned tuna or veggie ones which is fine from a standard supermarket but obviously not proper sushi
