To not go to the minor injuries?

First time poster, long time lurker.
First some background, I have hyper mobility and dislocate my shoulders on a regular basis since I was around 15. Usually I only sublux (partially dislocate) and I don’t need it put back in but even when it’s full unless it’s super painful or hasn’t gone back in fully I can relocate it and don’t need to go to hospital.
Today however is a different story, I was sat with one leg under the other on the sofa, so leg was already pulled and I went to lean forwards to pick up something off the floor and it popped (audibly) this has never happened before!
It’s painful and has been popping now quite a few times in the last couple of hours. I usually have naproxen or codeine when I dislocate but I only have co-codemol at the moment.
The minor injuries is a 20 minute but ride +10 minute walk from my house, but I don’t know whether I should just do what I usually do for my shoulder and wait it out.

Is the minor injury unit open at 3am? Ours is only open during the day as I guess they assume if its "minor " it can wait a few hours.
I would go to the unit in the morning and at least get some painkillers from there.

Is it definitely back 'in' OP? No tingling or numbness in your hand and you have the use of the hand etc? I have a similar health condition and a proper dislocation often requires help going back in, and is bloody agony for the best part of a week which is so disheartening as it always happens in the silliest of scenarios.

I'd keep it still and go in the morning, if not just to have it checked and get the naproxen.

As an aside I've often found once so.rthing has gone all the way out after that it's very weak and pops all the time. If you aren't already I'd get a referral for a physio to see if you can strengthen the shoulder and save yourself some future pain.

You need health care. From a good gp.

If this isn’t a joint you usually sublux I’d get yourself seen at minor injuries unit but you’ll probably find it doesn’t open till 7-8am
