To ask what you use homemade stock in, that's low-carb?

Holistic nutritionalist's orders, make lots of bone broth. I'm feeling really well on it but bored of the same two soups. What else can I make with it? With recipes if possible please!

Any casserole is greatly improved by using proper stock instead of cubes or water. Easy to avoid carbs with a steaming bowl of slow cooked meat and veg stew.

Same for soups.

Chilli, with loads of veg and beans, simmered for ages until dry, served without rice. Pho etc without noodles. Any casserole (eg beef cheeks) served with cauliflower rice.

Italian three bean stew
Mexican beef and chickpea stew
Noodle free pad Thai
Tomato, chorizo and borlotti bean soup

Oooooh. Bone broth is super healthy. I eat it at least twice a week. In some cultures they drink it. From a cup. I am nearly thereGrin Did you make chicken or beef one?
As pp said. Everything what needs stock and water is much better with real broth in it.
You can flavour the soups too. Tomato soup, roasted pepper soup, asian ones. Different noodles, groat or dumplings....

The world is your oyster with broth!Grin

I've just realised grout is high in carb, but you can make low carb dumplings and get low carb noodles.

I'm not too keen on grout in my soup, carbs or not, @AllergicToAMop! Xmas Grin
