Just curious

How many pieces/sets?

turnthebiglightoff · 04/01/2020 18:28

The method I'd use is to multiply the weight by the probability of treading on a piece at least once per day and then divide it by the time you'd spend tidying it up. Then shave off 5% for the bits that will go up the hoover.

Google says about a tenner a pound, maybe a bit less OP. :-)

It depends.

  1. Is there any chance of fake bricks

  2. Any minfigures included in the 29Ibs

If no fake bricks and some minifigures then the usual price is about £8-£10 per Ibs

KittenVsXmastree · 04/01/2020 18:42

It's too big a set. Youd be better splitting into 2kg (or smaller) lots.

RandomMess · 04/01/2020 18:43

I'd look at ebay for guidance.

britnay · 04/01/2020 19:15

depends on if its sets (with or without instructions) or just one box of random pieces. Are there minifigs? Any chance of fake pieces? £100-£300

Tombliwho · 04/01/2020 19:16

Massively depends on what sets might be in there and how many fake bricks.

What sort of pieces and how many mini figures?

I'd take out the mini figures to create a bundle and split the rest into bundles of say 2-3kg. You could do bundles of unusual bits like wheels if you have the quantity.

windycuntryside · 04/01/2020 19:24

Per Kg about £20

bsc · 04/01/2020 20:05

I rarely buy this way because of fake Lego. Too many sellers claim there's no difference so it doesn't matter Hmm

IceCreamAndCandyfloss · 05/01/2020 15:55

I only buy full kits, too high a chance if missing parts in bundles.
