Neighbour and her wheelie bins

AIBU to be pissed off my neighbour keeps putting her wheelie bins outside my garden on collection day instead of her own? Close enough to touch my gate and pushed right into my fence which has started making paint chip off, also makes it a pain to wheel my own bins out of my gate to the front of my house and straight from my gate we have to walk into the road to avoid them.
I know she is doing it on purpose which gets my back up more. I noticed her rush out when it got dark to put them there, everyone here usually puts them out on their way to work/school run on morning of collection at council request as our pathway is tiny.
Very tempted to wheel them to the other side or put my own in that spot even earlier/leave them there permanently, but it makes me as petty as her and I’m not interested in having bin wars.
Set up is my house is end of terrace, hers is terraced and she has a wider front garden as mine stretches around the side, (dead end and brick wall next to my garden) therefore more room for her to put her bins outside her house which doesn’t inconvenience either side of her neighbours. No where else to put them as we’re opposite an open field.
Any suggestions??

I'd dispose of them, and keep doing it until she stopped.

I have the opposite problem the bin men will put ndn bins literally outside my front door instead of putting them back where they found them at the start of an entrance. Drives me mad i open my door to have to move bins to be able to walk out .Have .Have complained and got apology but has started happening again .
