I sometimes feel that I could do with an entire wall of oven timers, each one set to issue its own instructions, start and finish at the right time and notify me with prompts.

We've lost a set of pigs! I definitely bought some and froze them. Thankfully have another set, but we're baffled as to where they have gone. Dh and I both rooted through the chest freezer. They must be in there somewhere 🤷🏻‍♀️😭😭😭 will double check in the morning. At least I put the gammon in the slow cooker
