I need an emergency non molestation order. If I hand in forms tomorrow, when will this likely be heard in court?
Thanks

If you think you are under immediate threat you need to call the police today.

@Soontobe60 I called the police yesterday. They are dealing with it and agree a very serious threat (restraining order has ended and things have ramped up this week).
They have advised I need to get a non molestation order.

You get a choice of waiting at court for the judge to hear it when they can slot it in or arranging a date to go back.

If you submit them first thing, it might be heard today and an emergency one given. It would then be brought back on a fixed date for the whole case to be heard, normally within a few weeks.
Deffo the right thing to do OP as non mol orders are much easier to get as restraining orders are patched into convictions and that could take months.

Do you have a family solicitor you deal with?
