Lib dems stapline on ballot

How were they able to have Stop Brexit and none of the other parties had staplines? Anyone else seen this on theirs?

I was hounded by flyers and letters from them this year. Honestly about 4 a day!! All just Corbyn smear campaigns nothing of any substance

There is also ALWAYS a lib Dem rep outside our polling station (whenever there is a general election) asking you for your polling card. He's nice enough but I think it's wrong to have to walk past a flipping lib Dem rep wearing lib Dem sash and rosette in order to cast my vote, and have to speak to him (albeit just to say, 'no I don't have my polling card'!) I find it quite intimidating and don't think it's on really ..
