You wouldn't be voting for Jeremy Corbyn, you'd be voting for the Labour party...

Today, Labour were campaigning in my village. I was approached and said "No thank you, Jeremy Corbyn is still your leader." The campaigner said "You would be voting for the Labour party, not Jeremy Corbyn..."

Surely a vote for labour is a vote for JC?

For clarity, I am not a loyal party supporter. I've voted Labour, Conservative and Lib Dem in the past, depending on what I thought of the candidates. However, whilst I can't bring myself to vote Conservative, I also can't vote labour because I don't believe a word of what JC says about the budget. At the same time, I can't support the Lib Dems after their behaviour at the last GE.

They are right.you should vote for the party you most align with.:

If you think the economy will not sort out inequality without some sort of intervention . And that there should be free health care, good state schools and decent state care for the old and disabled vote Labour.

If you believe that it's up to individuals to sort themselves out and that the economy will solve social problems with little intervention vote Conservative.

When I have Jewish friends dismayed at the acceptance of anti-Semitism in Labour supporters just because they think Labour will somehow fix everything, in all good consciousness no one who claims to not be a racist should be voting for Jc. He represents everything that is wrong institutionally with Labour right now, and makes a mockery of what the party used to stand for.

I have no idea who to vote for. I have always been a floating voter but this year seems an impossible decision. We are in a safe Labour seat.
I don't like what Labour has become so I can't vote for them, I'll probably end throwing it away to the Greens.

So many good MPs will lose their seats thanks to that deluded Steptoe!
I would be torn if I lived in Tottenham for example as I love David Lammy but as a Jew I would struggle to tick that box knowing whos at the helm!

Vote for whose policies you believe in now in 2020

I know lots of people who joined Labour because of Corbyn. I also know some who have left. Friends who are Jewish are split down the middle between pro- and anti-Corbyn. It’s interesting. I definitely think if you don’t like the leaders you should vote for whichever local candidate best represents your constituency though.

Jewish people are divided about racism in the Labour. But there is little division about whether the conservatives have a huge problem with racism but surprisingly the right wing press ignore this in the main.
