.....or good subscription box presents for my 2 oldest children? Reasonably priced of course Grin DD is 13 and DS is 11.

We have decided no “main present” this year (I.e. we are skint and they don’t need as they already have laptops, mobiles etc)

I don’t want to buy a load of plastic tat just to bulk their presents out, especially now they are both old enough not to believe!

Please give me some inspiration!

Cinema pass
Leisure Centre pass
Zookeeper experience or annual pass
Escape room
Trampoline park
Studio recording session
Ski lessons
Climbing lessons

What sort of thing do they like? It will be easier to narrow down.

My son is just football and gaming, he’s already done his teams stadium tour.

My daughter typical girl really, likes reading, baking, craft, smellies, nail varnish, not really into make up yet.

My 11 yr old loves NatGeo kids magazine
Zoo keeper experience things have been loved but are ridiculously expensive

www.letterboxlab.com/ Is fab & they’re very helpful if you’re unsure of what would suit what age etc

Everyone loves the Phoenix comic book don’t they? Grin

Family llama walking - great fun, and found at various locations throughout the country! We did ours in Ashdown Forest. I have also seen pictures of alpaca walking from one of my FB friends.
Driving experience. DD did it at Mercedes World, where there wasn't an age limit but you had to be a certain height.
Go Ape! experience.
Chocolate making workshop.
Making your own perfume workshop.
Walking over the top of the O2 Arena in London.
If DS has done his team's stadium tour, then tickets to a game if he doesn't already go. Or a tour of his national team's stadium, or tickets to a game there.
Tickets to Crufts if they are dog enthusiasts.

Your son might like one of driving experiences. You can get them even for teenagers now, they drive automatic cars but they are still super cars like ferraris. They both might enjoy that, it's different.

pinkmagic1 · 15/11/2019 18:52

Mine have enjoyed the young drivers experience. Proper driving lesson in a proper car, obviously on private land.

We did baked-in subscription cake boxes for 18 months. DD2 really enjoyed making them and they all turned out well, but then she started GCSE food tech so we discontinued.

We did a ride in a helicopter for DD1 once, I had to go too due to her age. She really enjoyed it - I was terrified. You can also do indoor skydiving. DD1 and DH also did a speedboat ride.

Take a llama for a walk.
