AIBU to think PMS gets worse as you get older?

I turned 30 a few months ago and have noticed that since then a week before my period I am thoroughly depressed, feeling shitty and just horrible to my DH. And I can’t control it, so it’s definitely PMS and I’ve never suffered with this before. Does PMS get worse as you get older?

PMDD is under estimated or misunderstood for many GP.
I was depressed and suicidal for years before I was diagnosed.
Still now it limits relationships friendships if every fortnight I want to be alone.
If I stick to my steralyn daily, take vitamin B complex and evening primrose oil rigorously all month it helps a lot.

@emeraldshamrock how many mg of primrose oil do you take per day and b complex?

1500mg with added b6. They are expensive from Holland and Barrett's they make a big difference so worth it.
